Delivery & Shipping

At Silwalo, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read our delivery and shipping details below:

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details.

2. Delivery Time

  • Within Pakistan: Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • For remote areas: Delivery may take up to 7 working days depending on courier service availability.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary during sale seasons or holidays due to high order volume.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on orders above a certain amount (as mentioned on the website).

  • Standard shipping charges apply to orders below the free shipping limit, depending on your city or location.

  • Any additional courier charges for exchanges (without defect) will be paid by the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, you can track your parcel using the tracking number provided via SMS or email.

  • If you face any issue tracking your order, contact our support team for assistance.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts.

  • If the order is not received or confirmed after both attempts, it will be marked as undelivered and returned to us.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

7. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping options will be announced soon.
