Delivery & Shipping
At Silwalo, we aim to deliver your order safely and on time. Please read our delivery and shipping details below:
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details.
2. Delivery Time
Within Pakistan: Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
For remote areas: Delivery may take up to 7 working days depending on courier service availability.
Please note that delivery times may vary during sale seasons or holidays due to high order volume.
3. Shipping Charges
Free delivery on orders above a certain amount (as mentioned on the website).
Standard shipping charges apply to orders below the free shipping limit, depending on your city or location.
Any additional courier charges for exchanges (without defect) will be paid by the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you can track your parcel using the tracking number provided via SMS or email.
If you face any issue tracking your order, contact our support team for assistance.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts.
If the order is not received or confirmed after both attempts, it will be marked as undelivered and returned to us.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
7. International Shipping (if applicable)
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping options will be announced soon.
