We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy to ensure you’re completely happy with your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • In case of a defective or wrong item, you will receive a full refund or the option to exchange it.

2. Exchange Policy

  • If the product has no defect or damage, it will not be eligible for a refund, but you may request an exchange for a different size or design (if available).

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Process for Return/Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order number and clear pictures of the product showing the defect (if any).

  3. Our team will review and confirm your request.

  4. Once approved, you can send the product back for return or exchange.

4. Important Notes

  • Items purchased during sale or discount offers are not eligible for return, only exchange (if available).

  • Shipping or courier charges for exchanges (without defect) will be borne by the customer.

  • For defective items, Silwalo will cover the return shipping cost.
